  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@zimari.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges Process

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details.
  • The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.
